A network for all who teach languages to children

Three Yr 5 children from a mixed whole KS2 class made sock puppets and then two improvised a dialogue in French while the third filmed. The more phrases they used the more decorations they were then allowed to add to their sock puppets afterwards.

Hi Jackie
Yes the whole class were in the lesson. Some were doing wordsearches (year 3 word level) some were doing dictionary work, one group was with the TA teaching her and another were working with me. The last two groups were doing the same thing as these girls - filming their sock puppets with digiblues.
In fact without the filming and recording I don't know how I'd have managed the group.

A lovely idea - I can see my Year 5's would love it! Did you have the whole class in the lesson? If so, what were they doing at this time?
