Je m'habille et je te croque - ideas for KS2 and KS3

Here are some of the resources I've gathered together for another book as part of our project to support National Children's Book Week in October, this time based around the book 'Je m'habille et je te croque' by Bénédicte Guettier.

You can buy the book through Amazon (UK) http://www.amazon.co.uk/Je-Mhabille-Je-Te-Croque/dp/2211055974 or Little Linguist http://www.little-linguist.co.uk/french-picture-story-books/je-m-ha...

And I'd like to acknowledge the following sites which I am recommending for resources to use to support this book - some really wonderful teacher-made materials generously shared;

http://materalbum.free.fr/albertine/jemhabille/prog%20langage.htm – an excellent source of pdf worksheets

http://lapetitecole.blogspot.com/2009/05/je-mhabille-et-je-te-croqu... great blog with nice downloadable & printable games

http://valleeverte.edres74.ac-grenoble.fr/spip.php?article396 download free smart notebook file.

And of course all the lovely members here who added their ideas and materials to an earlier forum discussion on Talkabout Primary Languages http://primarymfl.ning.com/forum/topics/je-mhabille-et-je-te-croque

So what's new?
Well here is a suggestged teaching sequence for KS2:
Suggested teaching sequence for KS2 Je m'habille.doc

and here is the preparation guidance for use with KS3 students if you are preparing them to read the book to KS2:
Preparation for KS3 Je m'habille je te croque.doc

and here are some suggested targets all put together so they can be printed out onto sticker format (or just print and slice them up) - they include a mix for complete beginners up to year 5 and have the appropriate KS2 Framework and NC levels:
