Talkabout Primary Languages

A network for all who teach languages to children

You may remember that Jo posted a blog on the subject of minibeasts quite recently. Well I'm not professing to have actually tried using any of the resources yet but I came upon these amusing videos quite by chance and couldn't resist sharing! Here's the link to the first one and here's a second that's sure to make you giggle too!

You might also want to take a look at the high quality minibeast photographs that are available to download free of charge on the wonderful Sparklebox website. Dorling Kindersley also have a wide selection of authentic images available on their site. Clip art style pictures can be found on the Northmberland Grid as well as the Learning and Teaching in Scotland site.

Just found out today that the videos have now been taken off the site! Hope the other resources still prove useful.
