Hi again. I will certainly try to join the Flashmeeting on Tuesday - I've had a little play to check it works so I'm ready. Just got to make sure I've brushed my hair! xx

Hi Lisa,

Thanks for the lovely feedback. I'm delighted my blog is giving colleagues the confidence and opportunity to explore the potential of new technologies in their teaching. That's its purpose really. Blogging is a great way to share ideas and encourage feedback. It would be great if you could take part in the Flashmeeting on Tuesday and tell us all about how you are using ICT to teach Spanish at Whitehouse Common. You'd be very welcome.

Best wishes

Hi! Thought you'd be amused to know that everyone at work thinks I'm turning into a techie thanks to the regularity with which I mention things I've heard you talk about - unfortunately it also means they think I'm an expert at ICT and expect me to fix the printer when it refuses to print (as it does with monotonous regularity ) Anyway, thanks for helping me and many others to maintain and enhance the reputation of language teachers as innovators.

Thank you so much Joe!
And three new members already - two from down here in the South West - who all mentioned your blog. Hadn't realised how much time it takes to update everything but it is really addictive. Oh but I thought it was cool to come back from surfing at the beach today to 'surf' some more here. Ah well, better get ready for Monday - we are looking at some of your powerpoint work tomorrow after school. Have a good week and thanks again! Jo

Thanks for the kind comment. I look forward to seeing how this Ning network evolves. I loved the sock video by the way. It reminded me of the Gaelic puppets video I blogged about for the TES: http://joedale.typepad.com/integrating_ict_into_the_/2006/11/tes_ict_blog_us.html

Best wishes
