Hi Ems! I'm on board 0 but probably won't do too much exploration etc. until after Christmas. It's all a bit hectic at the moment! Am off to Salzburg tomorrow for the day - can't wait - then back to Austria just over a week later for Xmas! Whoops!
catch you soon!

lol - thanks for your messages ems - sounds like they are keeping you busy at school then!!! and 4 boys at home too - good god woman I wouldn't be just dreaming about food - I'd fantasize about cooks, secretaries, cleaners, chauffeurs...
Happy weekend! Jo

Hi again ems - thanks for the policy - it looks really simple and clear - I like the SEN and cross-curricular bits.
Out of curiosity - do you use any published resources for German? I seem to have lots for French and Spanish, but for German (only run taster units so far) I find myself relying on the Internet as nothing seems 'German' enough - (does that make sense? - it's always books that look like a translation of/afterthought of the French/Spanish ones.)
Have a good weekend meanwhile

Hi Ems!
I would agree with Jo that your range of languages is certainly most impressive-that is a response to people who think that only foreigners should teach languages!!! (being French myself, I get a lot of that... "it's OK for you, you're French etc...")
Anyway, I am sure you will love our nice little group. We are friendly and we aim to be useful too, by exchanging ideas and resources. You may be interested to check out my blog at http://isabellejones.blogspot.com, where I have put a lot of links to primary resources as well as other mfl-related resources. Go to http://isabellejone.blogspot.com then scroll down until you see a long list of key words on the right (delicious tags). Click on primary for a list of all my primary links. You can then filter by languages if you wish. I hope it is of use...

Hi ems!
Wow - you are such a linguist! Do you teach all of these at the same Primary? Do they do different languages in each year group or get taster units? How does it work? Tell me more.... please!
Jo
PS - alomst completely forgot to say welcome to the network!
