Do you have a copy of the Framework? - that has lots of ideas and is great for building up the levels you want childrne to eventually be working at. Also in the forum there is a discussion about assessment which Lisa and a few others added some self-assessment sheets for the children to use that you can download. They might give you some ideas/be adaptable?
Let me know if it helps - and don't be afraid to start a topic in the forum/ a blog post and ask/say what you're doing.
gotta go - should have been in bed long long ago but the kiddies were playing up!

Bonjour Simone! Having already met Jo and Lisa, you will have guessed this is is very friendly network indeed. I am French and I used to do French in Year 4 and Year 6 but this year, I have changed primary feeder and I am doing Spanish Year 5 and 6. Anyway, this is just to say, if there is anything specific you need resource-wise, give us a shout. You also may want to check the Primary links I have put on my blog, at http://isabellejones.blogspot.com
To get the list of links, scroll down until you see a long list of keywords on the right and click on the relevant key word e.g. French, then +Primary There a lot on there now and hopefully some of it will be of use.
