I've already had some fantastic advice from people...now I'm very specifically wondering if anybody has a simple song to a familiar tune that would be suitable for using with reception children to teach 'bonjour, salut, au revoir'? I have songs that I use with older children, but I have been driving myself mad trying to come up with some really simple and familiar way of putting these first few new things for them into a song!! KS 1.....help!!!

Hi all....I haven't posted on this site before and am really hoping you can help me! I am about to start delivering French to Reception, Year 1 and 2 (I already have it established in KS2 and have a rolling SoW). I have lots of thoughts on how to approach this, but wondered if anybody was using a model that had worked well. It might help me find the right direction. The main issue for me is that the French in YR will be delivered by me in 10/15 minute slots to small groups. Has anbody any good…See More
