- Qualified French Teacher working in Independant school for 17 years. Am Bi lingual- spoke French before English. Mother is French. In 1990's wrote 3 photocopiable resource books for teaching French to KS1 & 2.

We have this on our network and teach all our students to use this as for most comment accents ie acutes, you just type e then the number 2. grave accent type e plus 5

Or you can download a floating bar called Lexibar, but you need one per language so shortcuts are easier for me!
