Hi Nicola - when I tried to do this the link wouldn't work - telling me I did not have permission to access the spreadsheet - you might want to see if you can change the settings to public or maybe look at the free Survey Monkey site?

Like Jo I had difficulty accessing the site before & now I have just found it with the new settings.

Question 1 is already causing problems.

Do you work on Primary Secondary? I work in both but it won't let me tick both!
